Sink Repairs in Wilmington, DE

A few sink repairs performed in Wilmington, DE. One of the projects involved removing an S-trap, which is problematic because it often causes sewer gases to enter the home due to improper venting. To prevent future clogs, I added a cleanout so the next plumber can run a drain snake if the line ever gets clogged. Finally, I installed an air admittance valve to ensure proper airflow, improving drainage and maintaining a sanitary environment.

For the water lines, I extended the copper stub outs, added new shutoff valves and installed and tested the new sink for leaks.
